Cancellation Policy

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) are entered into by and between Locsbyessie LLC (“We,” “Us,” “Our”) and the client (“Client,” “You,” or “Your”) requesting services from us.
By booking an appointment or receiving any services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellation
• Appointments are scheduled through online booking.
• We require a 48-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Any cancellations made by the client before the scheduled appointment means you forfeit your deposit.
• No-shows will be possibly banned from booking.
• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time. In that case, there is a 20 minute grace period before appointment is cancelled and a $15 late fee after 15 minutes.
2. Payments and Pricing
• All services must be paid in full at the time of service.
• Prices for services may vary depending on the complexity and additional services needed.
• Payment methods accepted include [Venmo, cash, cash app, such credit card/debit card].
• NO refunds on services.
3. Health and Safety
•As a stylist, I work in close contact with every client, and keeping both you and myself

• If you have any concerns about your service or results, please bring it up with your stylist during your appointment, so they can address it promptly.
5. Refunds and Complaints
• We strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will work to resolve the issue.
• Refunds are generally not issued.
• If an issue is reported after the 24-hour period, we may offer an alternative solution, such as a redo or discount on future services.
6. Personal Belongings
• We are not responsible for any personal items that are lost, damaged, or stolen during your visit.
• Clients should take care to secure their personal belongings before or during their appointment.
7. Photography and Social Media
• By booking an appointment, you consent to the Salon taking photographs of your hairstyle or hair service for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly inform us otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
• We will not be liable for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred as a result of being serviced, including any adverse reactions to products used during the service.
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless the stylist from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their visit.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
• Wereserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before their next appointment.
